Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by reading it. Deadlines, eligibility, and payout estimates are summaries of public settlement documents and can change. Only the official settlement notice and administrator control your rights.

Accuracy

We verify every entry against cited sources on the date shown, but settlements get amended, deadlines get extended, and administrators correct mistakes. If you find an error, that is exactly what the sources on each page are for — check the official site first.

Affiliate & sponsored links

This site is free to use. When we add partners, some links will be “sponsored” — meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up for a service through them. Those links are labeled on the page (the button or link says “Sponsored”), coded rel="sponsored", and carry a plain-language disclosure immediately next to them. We never earn a commission on the official claim link, which always appears first and is always free.

What partnerships never touch: case data, deadlines, payout amounts, eligibility text, rankings, or which cases we cover. We accept no pay-for-placement in the directory, never ask visitors for claim or personal information, and never sell data. When a sponsored partner is live, it is named here and in the disclosure beside its link.

Some sponsored links may connect you with identity-protection services or, in the future, legal-matching services or attorneys. Communications about legal services may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of some states. We are not a law firm; using a sponsored service does not create an attorney–client relationship with us or affect your rights in any settlement. If this site ever sends email, sponsored links in it will carry the same disclosure in the email itself.

Sponsored buttons are measured anonymously and only in aggregate: an anonymous count of how often the button was shown and clicked, with the slot, case page, and partner name — no cookies, no identifiers, no personal data, and official claim links are never measured (see Privacy).

Display advertising

Display ads (unlike the sponsored CTAs above) are labeled “Advertisement,” never placed inside article text or next to claim buttons, and are switched off at launch. Ad inventory comes from our ad partner (Google AdSense at launch, non-personalized by default); it never influences case data, deadlines, or coverage. See Privacy for the cookie details.

Company and product names are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement. Cases settle without admission of wrongdoing by any defendant.
